I’m excited to join the Refine team as a Registered Massage Therapist, committed to providing exceptional, personalized care. Many of you may recognize me from my first year at the clinic, supporting other practitioners while completing my Advanced Diploma. Now fully registered, I look forward to helping the Glebe community feel and move their best.

My passion for massage therapy started at a young age, rooted in over a decade of competitive swimming. Through personal experience with injuries and setbacks, I developed a deep appreciation for the power of rehabilitation and holistic care. That journey has shaped my approach as a therapist - I’m committed to developing personalized treatment plans that reflect each patients unique needs and goals. 

Some of my clinical interests include lymphatic facials, TMJ dysfunctions, concussion recovery, fascial restrictions/mobility limitations, scars and post-op care, and athletic injury treatments.
