Im thrilled to be joining the Refine team as a Registered Massage Therapist (soon!). Many of you may recognize me from my first year at the clinic, where I worked behind the scenes supporting the amazing practitioners while completing my Advanced Diploma. Now, with my registration complete, I’m excited to step into this new chapter of my career and provide care to the incredible glebe community.

My passion for massage therapy started at a young age, rooted in over a decade of competitive swimming. Through personal experience with injuries and setbacks, I developed a deep appreciation for the power of rehabilitation and holistic care. That journey has shaped my approach as a therapist - I’m committed to developing personalized treatment plans that reflect each patients unique needs and goals.

Some of my clinical interests include lymphatic facials, TMJ dysfunctions, concussion recovery, fascial restrictions/mobility limitations, scars and post-op care, and athletic injury treatments.
