I am very excited to join the team at Refine as a Registered Massage Therapist focused on providing individualized care to promote holistic wellbeing for each patient. I am brand new to the Ottawa area and I am looking forward to learning more about the city and to meet new patients!

My eyes were opened to the benefits of massage therapy as a competitive figure skater.  My experience with massage therapy not only got me back on the ice but helped me to understand it's value in rehabilitation and wellbeing.

With a deep understanding of human movement, anatomy and exercise, my care focuses on enhancing mobility and using movement to promote overall wellbeing.
