A brief phone or video call for us to get to know each other and make sure we are a good fit. On this call I will ask questions about your physical and mental health and what you are looking to get out of therapy to ensure we are the right fit for what you are needing.

Our first session together we will revisit our intake call and focus on creating a treatment plan to fit your needs. It will be a time for you to share your story, and from there we will work on identifying your goals for treatment. In our following session we will review and adapt the treatment plan as needed and begin working towards your goals.
